Explore parking spending, commute trips and team time with a few numbers from your program.
Explore your opportunity
Start with two parking numbers. Choose commuting or both to explore trip and team-capacity scenarios.
Illustrative opportunities, not measured CommuteHub results or a guarantee. Use paid spaces with recurring costs you can actually remove. Commute trips and staff-capacity hours are shown separately and are not given a monetary value.
All costs use USD. Your entries stay in this browser.
See the assumptions
Parking opportunity: round paid spaces × selected scenario (5%, 10% or 15%) down to whole paid spaces, then multiply by monthly removable cost per space × 12. This represents a potential annual reduction in recurring parking spending only when that spending can actually be removed.
Commute opportunity: current drive-alone commuters × selected scenario × 5 commute days per week × 48 weeks per year. This counts potential avoided drive-alone round trips; replacement travel is outside the calculation.
Team capacity: current weekly program administration hours × 25% × 52 weeks. The 25% is an illustrative assumption; the result is hours made available, not cash savings. Trips and staff hours are not monetized or added to the parking amount.
The 5%, 10% and 15% scenarios are examples to explore, not forecasts of product performance. The initial scenario is 10%.
